New Mexico PUC Too Broke To Do Study On Rooftop Solar!

They really don't have to do one, solar just makes common sense. They can look at Nevada's study.

It looks like they rejected any new fees anyway.

July 22, 2015 "We rejected that rate case, which will be refiled at a later date"

"Additional fees for distributed electricity generation such as rooftop solar panels aren’t before the commission right now"
