DIY Solar Panel Backing Material "SignTex" May Be a Good Solution

He says:

SignTex is regularly used here in NZ for outdoor signage and should last 10yrs+ (it is compressed plastic) It doesn't warp or fade etc and cheap enough for what I am doing 2400mmx1200mm = $75 So I will use the sheet for my 3 panels and epoxy is $49 to do all panels. So I am just over the $500 mark. I would love to use a vacuum system but the epoxy of signtex will work fine.

3 panels? And those are his prices in NZ so who knows.

This may be the company and it's possible local sign companies will sell you some if you ask.
